MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Marketing Promotions Officer - Marketing Department. An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Department. Permanent full-time position is now available. Real Estate is a fantastic industry with many marketing opportunities across all marketing media forums. In this role you will be tasked with looking after the day to day marketing or real estate property along with special projects such as designer brochures marketing material, video presentations and property and agent profiles. Responsibilites include- Designing, updating and developing marketing materials, presentations, proposals, electronic marketing campaigns along with strategic plans for properties being leased or sold. As part of this role you will also cordinate any conferences, trade shows or seminars. Manage all social media platforms including maintaining and updating information on these sites such as WECHAT, Facebook, Twitter among others. In your role you will also will be the liaison between advertising agencies and suppliers along with other marketing services. Tracking competitor's activities by keeping abreast of marketing changes. Experinence and knowledge in the followiing areas would be considered a bonus. Marketing experince, fluent in Madarin and English, web graphic design would be desirable, excelent computer skills. A succesful applicant must be able to work within a team.
